In most traditional organizations the role of the Human Resources Department is one of compliance, regulation, policing and administration. Because of this most HR Departments are not even part of most companies' lean transformation process. Meanwhile, most lean initiatives have focused on tools and not people. Learn firsthand how Toyota integrates the HR and Operational Systems..

- Learn the Role of HR in a successful Lean Transformation
- Learn Toyota's hiring and on-boarding process
- Learn the role of problem solving for both operations and HR issues

During the workshop, you'll begin your Lean Transformation plan by completing a Culture Assessment that will identify and prioritize current gaps in your Lean enterprise and begin planning strategies to address these gaps
