City of Foley Using Lean

ATAC is facilitating a "Lean Government' initiative in Baldwin County, Ala. The project, which involves the cities of Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and the Baldwin County governments, is teaching the lean continuous improvement process as a means for improving efficiency and reducing operating costs.
