Lean Training with Rick Battye

As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in industrial engineering, Rick Battye is an employee of the Auburn Technical Assistance Center (ATAC). East Alabama Medical Center Implements Lean Continuous Improvement

Auburn Technical Assistance Center (ATAC) has begun their Lean Continuous Improvement program at East Alabama Medical Center.

The hospital has named the program “EPIC,” which stands for EAMC Performance Improvement Culture. This program will be applied to various operations throughout the hospital.
