ATAC teaching Value Stream Mapping to city government.

ATAC is in Gulf Shores, AL today (Nov. 17) working with officials in that city. We are partnering with the Alabama Productivity Center at the University of Ala. to conduct continuous improvement training for the cities of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, and the Baldwin County, AL governments. We will follow the training activities as they progress and provide updates and status reports throughout the two-day event.
