50 for the Future
With the employees’ “fantastic demeanors and environment towards creating change,” says Terri Lawrence, rapid improvement events are taking the East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC) to new heights with the Lean training program. Lawrence met with 50 individuals Wednesday, April 14, in order to implement the 50 for the Future course.
